Deposit system now in place
In order to make best use of our appointment schedule, we have established a deposit system for new patients.

Since successfully reopening with covid safetey measures in place, we have adjusted appointment times to ensure a covid safe environment. Due to a recent spate of new patients booking and not attending the clinic, we have had to make changes to preserve appointments for those who will attend.
All new patients are required to provide full card details (including those who have private health insurance). If you do not inform us 24 hours before your appointment time that you will not be able to attend, a fee of £100 will be taken from your card.
Your card details are securely stored and disposed of after one month. If you do not agree with these terms, please contact the clinic more than 24 hours before your appointment and we can cancel your appointment with no fee. If you are making the appointment less than 24 hours before you are due to attend, please contact the clinic within 2 hours of email time stamp, and we can cancel your appointment with no fee.
